It’s my favorite time of year! Easter! Chocolate and my favorite animal, bunnies, what could be better!? So this year i made some super cute bunny brownie pops and chocolate pretzel nests to bring to Easter dinner. The bunny pops are totally edible. The base is a brownie pop dipped in white chocolate. The feet are white jelly beans, the ears are made of fondant, the nose is a small candy decoration (left over from a gingerbread house decorating kit…lol), and the hair is coconut. The eyes are drawn on with edible markers (those are fabulous!) and there is a cute little marshmallow tail in the back. This is really one of my favorite brownie pop versions, super cute, bite size and yummy!
The pretzel nests are chocolate covered pretzel sticks shaped into a round nest like shape and then let dry on wax paper. Once they are all set, i put chocolate speckled eggs in the middle. This is super easy to do and great for kids. And tastes delicious!
