Happy 4th of July!!! And what better way to celebrate than with chocolate….chocolate….and more chocolate!!! These are our original double decker brownies dressed up for the 4th. For those of you not familiar with them, it’s a chocolate chip blondie on the bottom, our decadent fudgy brownie on top, and a little bit of chocolate ganache in the middle holding it all together. For this flag variety, i cut them into pieces resembling a flag, drizzled them with colored chocolate, and then put them back together. I love doing desserts like this because you get the effect of a larger dessert, but still have awesome little bite size pieces. A plus all around!
