Our first custom cake pop tower for a super cute little girl’s first birthday in Brooklyn! The cake pops were a mix of vanilla cake, red velvet cake, and chocolate brownie with a special design for this tower. Of course as you can see the color theme was pinks and purples (my fav!!) with fun swirl and firework designs on the pops themselves. The matching top cake was yellow cake with vanilla buttercream, covered in fondant with a matching pink and purple polkadot design. My favorite part was making the shades of pink and purple for the design! Our tower was part of the sweets table compiled by another designer, and it looks fabulous!
We also made sparkle pops for the adults but unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of them since they went directly to the restaurant kitchen to be used as passed items…oops. But they were fabulous and sparkly. We had such a terrific time at this event, in both the early creative stages and the unveiling! I hope we get to do more events like this one – it was so much fun!
