Welcome to the Chocolate Swirl Blog!  This blog will follow the many adventures in  truffle making, baking, fun experiments, custom cakes, and other general fun chocolate and pastry amusements of The Chocolate Swirl. My name is Lisa and i’m a former theatrical stage manager turned pastry chef.  I attended the pastry program at the Institute of Culliunary Education in NYC  and have been happily up to my elbows in pastry land ever since! The glorious result of that was The Chocolate Swirl.  We’re a small business with a lot of enthusiasm and great love of chocolate!  The Chocolate Swirl offers delicious handmade treats from gourmet truffles to decadent desserts.  For the past 3 years we’ve been growing and continue to keep expanding.  Feel free to look around and come back often for fun updates.  Enjoy!
